The Guam Bar allows licensed attorneys in good standing to practice as a government attorney for up to eight (8) years without needing to take the Guam Bar examination.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed in a State or US territory
- Excellent verbal, writing, and research skills
- Experience with prosecution is preferred.
