Description

Under the direction of assigned supervisor, the Field Services General Foreman directs the daily Field Service and Meter Operations.  Responsibilities include managing the installation, maintenance and testing of all meter assets; repair of appliances and HVAC systems; meter reading, and service activation and shutoff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field related to the job duties from a recognized college or university and a minimum of  two (2) years of experience in a supervisory field service role

OR

An Associate Degree in business or technical field related to the job duties and six (6 ) years progressively responsible experience in customer service or field service with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree

OR

A minimum of eight (8) years utility experience in progressively responsible positions specifically related to these duties may be considered in lieu of formal education.
