Description

Identifies and performs data collection, abstraction and entry of all trauma patients accurately assigns all ICD10CM, ICD10PCS and AIS codes in the trauma registry. Supports the registry requirements for verification as a Level I Trauma Center by the State of Tennessee, National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB), Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) and American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (ACS).
