Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Initiatives Coordinator to join our Home and Community Care team. In this role, you will provide essential support to Clinical Initiatives team and assist in coordinating and implementing clinical program initiatives and pilots. This position is ideal for someone aspiring to grow into the role of Associate Director of Clinical.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing clinical program initiatives and pilots
- Gain a deep understanding of the organization's operations, products, applications, strategies, processes, and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize workflow processes that support initiatives and pilots
- Support the clinical leadership and provide guidance for assigned initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and direction of local markets
- Familiarize yourself with business and clinical systems and tools to support process design and operational implementation
- Assist in assessing the upstream and downstream impacts of clinical program implementation at both market and national levels
- Contribute to process management and total quality management efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Help create and maintain clinical program approaches, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
- Build relationships with clinical and business leadership and staff to support the success of initiatives and pilots
- Develop an understanding of external customer focus and work towards meeting client and quality requirements
- Support the translation of contractual and regularity requirements into compliant clinical workflows and processes
- Participate in post-mortems on implementations and pilots to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts
- Consultative and collaborative Decision Making

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical program management or support role
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and industry trends
- Proficiency in utilizing clinical and business systems and tools
- Demonstrated solid organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approach and desire to learn and grow within the organization
- Support and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to provide essential support and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement clinical program initiatives and pilots
- Organizational and Project Management: Demonstrated solid organizational and project management skills to assist in developing and operationalizing workflow processes, supporting process management and total quality management efforts, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of clinical program approaches, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
- Communication and Relationship Building: Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clinical and business leadership and staff, as well as effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: A mindset for analyzing situations, identifying problems, and contributing to solutions, as well as participating in post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and support continuous enhancement efforts
- Proactive Approach and Desire for Growth: A proactive attitude towards learning and growing within the organization, along with a solid desire to advance one's career in the healthcare industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
