Connecting. Growing together.Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Administrative Lead is responsible for coordinating the staffing and day-to-day operations for the practice. The Administrative Lead works collaboratively with practice leadership and clinicians to ensure optimal operating efficiency, clinician productivity and patient satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the care team and patients by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering in person and telephonic inquiries, collecting payments and maintaining demographic information
- Oversee and support administrative staff in front office processes
- Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to manage staff schedules and coverage
- Conduct or participate in scheduled practice meetings and daily briefs
- Oversee critical processes such as active daily schedule management and PCI compliance
- Assist in the handling of patient complaints
- Participate with Practice Manager in new staff selection and hiring and on-boarding of new Medical Receptionists
- Conduct on-site new staff administrative training
- Participate in organizational initiatives and projects including workflow improvement initiatives
- Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basis
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical setting with demonstrated leadership competency
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a primary care setting
- Experience working with Epic
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
